How do I place order?

What is the baby, child, adult summer hat head circumference size?

Child: Child hat is with approx. 20" in head circumference.

Adult: Adult hat is with approx. 22" in circumference.

What is the baby, child, adult summer hat brim size? 

Baby: Baby hat is with approx. 3" brim size.

Child: Child hat is with approx. 4" ~ 4.4" brim size.

Adult: Adult hat is with approx. 5" ~ 5.4" brim size or 6" ~ 6.4" brim size.

How long will it take for my order to be made and shipped, and is there a tracking number?

Our production time is for each item that varies from just few days to 2-3 weeks for large orders, then additional 1-5 days for delivery via UPS/FedEx/USPS Ground Service. All orders are shipped from Crosby, Texas. Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package is mailed, you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS/FedEx/USPS.

I need my order ASAP. Can I rush my order? Can I do expedite shipping?

Yes, You can get your order sooner. If you need sooner select "Need sooner" and it will add rush service fee and order will get processed in 1-2 days and there will be additional 3 to 5 days for UPS/FedEx/USPS to make delivery via Ground service. You can select expedite shipping service if you need sooner.

What is your policy on custom and personalized orders?

All custom and personalized orders are final and non-returnable unless Designs Bi K have made a mistake. Designs Bi K will embroider your order with the exact spelling and capitalization you have provided, please triple check your selections and text before placing an order.

Can I send my order as gift?

Yes, you can. If you send your order as gift please make a small note to recipient.

 

Travel & Care

How do I pack my hat for travel?

Option 1: Wear the hat and carry it through the airport if you are bringing a soft sided bag.

Option 2: Pack the hat in a hard-sided luggage. Lay the hat down and stuff the "head" of the hat with bikinis, pajamas, etc. that won't be wrinkled. Layer clothing on top of the hat and it should be good to go.

How should I care for my hat? 

These hats are made with care, so treat them with care. Please keep hats flat and do not fold them. Do not get the hat wet. If the hat does get wet place it in the sun in a dry spot and do not touch, it should dry just fine.
