What is your policy on custom and personalized orders?

All custom and personalized orders are final and non-returnable unless I have made a mistake. I will embroider item (beach hat, underwear, stuffed animal, bag, etc) with the exact spelling and capitalization you have provided, please triple check your selections and text before placing an order.

How do I place order?

1. Select listing (item) that you would like to purchase
2. Leave personalization details
3. Add to your cart
4. "Order Comments" section write additional information for us. Please double check material color, thread color, monogram, sizing, etc. BEFORE placing your order as we will not be responsible for change requests afterwards.
5. If you have a coupon code please enter "Coupon/Gift Certificate" and make a payment
6. Your successfully place order!

Will I see design preview for my order?

Yes, we will send design for your reviewing in 1-3 (in 72h) business day time period. Please note if order contain more then one item it may take longer to create design.
Designs have to be reviewed and approved prior embroidery. If we will not have your approval after 3 email attempts your order will be canceled.

What are the hat size? 

One size fits most. All adult hats are approx. 22" in circumference and kids hats are approx. 20" in circumference. Use a ribbon to measure around your head to better understand sizing. 

I need my order ASAP. Can I rush my order? Can I do expedite shipping?

We guarantee to ship in 1 week (7 business days) most items and additional 3 to 5 days for UPS/USPS to make delivery. You can push this up and have it shipped in a few days with the rush service added to order + select expedite shipping service.

How long will it take for my order to be made and shipped, and is there a tracking number?

Our production time is from 3 to 14 business days for most of the items, then additional 3-4 days for shipping via UPS/USPS domestically. All orders are shipped from Crosby, Texas. Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package is mailed, you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS.

You can push processing time by adding "Rush Service" to your order, it will get made in 1-3 business days and shipped via shipping method that is purchased (selected).

How do I pack my hat for travel?

Option 1: Wear the hat and carry it through the airport if you are bringing a soft sided bag.

Option 2: Pack the hat in a hard-sided luggage. Lay the hat down and stuff the "head" of the hat with bikinis, pajamas, etc. that won't be wrinkled. Layer clothing on top of the hat and it should be good to go.

Can I send my order as gift?

Yes, you can. If you send your order as gift please make a small note to recipient.

How should I care for my hat? 

These hats are made with care, so treat them with care. Please keep hats flat and do not fold them. Do not get the hat wet. If the hat does get wet place it in the sun in a dry spot and do not touch, it should dry just fine.

Refunds & Exchanges

I cannot except refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If I make a mistake, I will gladly remake your item and ship it to you as soon as possible.
